Shivam presenting a token of appreciation to Mr Lim French hornists and trums having dinner. Our new alumni tee....design by Hui Xuan....thanks! some more photos from the Thai trip.... And also, I would like to take this opportunity to say my speech prepared for POP but end up no need to say:
Firstly, I would like to thank the Teachers-In-Charge for always being there for us, always catering to all our needs, no matter how small. Our principal Mdm Aini for allowing the band to carry out many of our activities. Mr Lim, for everything that he has taught me. My 4 years in FTP Band is definitely going to remain in me even after my last breath. The precious moments that I have shared with the members of the band will always be kept close to my heart. The experiences that I have gained from being a a playful and naughty junior to a senior have characterized me. The values I have learnt will definitely help in my life, no matter what I strive for, I will achive it believing in these values. These are the very values, that have built me up and made me into the person I am today. If 10 years down the road, I am chaueffered in my Rolls Royce limousine, or I am racing down the streets in my Lamborghini, whether I live in a 4 story mansion or even if I can become President, I will look in the mirror, think back, and tell myself that it wouldn't have become of me, if it wern't for that 4 very meaningful years in my life that I have spent in serving the band. And lastly, but of course not leastly, I would like to thank every single member of FTP Band, from the new Sec 1s, to the Alumni who were my seniors back then. I appreciate what I have learnt from you, even every small little thing. Because of you, I was able to achieve so much that I would not have if it wern't for you guys. I would also like to apologise for anything that I should, because I want you guys to know that whatever I do, I do it in the best interests of the band, and in that process, I might have done some wrongs things that I take full reponsibilty for. I wish everyone the best in anything that they do. And for sure I will be coming back as much as I could to help out. FTP Band will remain in my blood. For eternity. Thank you.
Well, that was supposed to be my speech. Thank you and sorry for everything! I will be coming back as much as I can as your alumni! Haha. Alright then, till next time.
